Photo taken June 19, 1951 in Fossil, Oregon on the occasion of the Golden Anniversary of the Arcadia Chapter (No. 84) of the Order of the Eastern Star. Both ladies were long time members. Their husband and father David Don had been a Patron in 1927. Nell Don was Matron in 1929 and Nellie served as Chaplain for many, many years. She was aged 77 when this photo was taken. |
