WILLIAM MASSON seaman Skate-
raw, who died 1st January 1849
aged 74 years.
And ELSPET LEES his spouse
who died 11th April 1830 in the 55th
year of her age.
And of their children ALEXANDER
who died in infancy.
Here lies the body of WILLIAM MASSON,
who died the 24th. October 1846 aged 43 years.
Also of his son, who died the 1st January 1837
in infancy.

NOTE: The date of birth of Alexander who died in infancy is not known, but he was not the Alexander Masson b.1809 who in fact lived until 1880
